General Return Guidelines

  • Return Window: Purchased items must be returned within 20 days from the delivery date.
  • Condition of Return: Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached and must be free of stains, odors, and discernible wear.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Wait for our customer service team to review and approve your return request.
  3. Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Exclusions

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be returned.
  • Gifts: If the item was a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
